Temitope Omolehinwa
FOUNDER
Temitope is an MBA Global Business Graduate of Coventry University London who developed a passion for Mental health Advocacy after she wrote and produced a web series on Depression and Suicide. She believed that just writing a story on it and moving on was not enough to create adequate awareness on Mental Issues in Africa. She then decided to start the Foundation, in doing so she took a course and training in Mental health. Today she is a mental health first aider and her dream is to ensure that the stigmatization of individuals living with mental health ends. She hopes to create a safe place for individuals going through tough times in life.

Roissa Darko
CO-FOUNDER
Roissa has worked as a lead volunteer for three years. She is the Founder of a homeless street initiative called R.O.A.D Shelter Initiative and the Co-founder of a mental health foundation called the Hay Foundation Africa. She also works as a professional in a fintech organization called DreamOval Limited where she leads Sales Operations in the Sales and Marketing team. Roissa is an entrepreneur running a makeup artistry called Row Definitions and looks forward to converting this artistry into a social enterprise for young street girls.
She also has further volunteer experiences with the UN Youth Ghana, Women Rediscovered and has partnered with the African Regent Hotel, Accra Metropolitan Assembly, Iceberg Mineral Water, and other well-recognised institutions and individuals.
In the future term, Roissa would also like to influence policy formulation to minimize the issue of homelessness and mental health by working for an Intergovernmental Organisation.

Nongnissomb
CO-FOUNDER
Nongnissomb believes in the beauty of strength that emanates from the consciousness of our minds as each individual strives to develop their full potential. She shares in the words of Elyn R Saks that no one would ever say that someone with a broken arm or a broken leg is less than a whole person, but people say that all the time about people with mental illness. Thus, she desires to work with her team to create an enabling environment to project the relevance of mental health to our society, while supporting both the young and old with a conducive space to speak up and never give up on their search for a completely healthy life.
With a BA in Psychology and Information Studies from the University of Ghana. She understands the value of working with the available resources to contribute meaningfully by helping to reduce the alarming rate of mental health cases, especially in Ghana. As it’s worth noting, every society physically and economically developed with mentally healthy Citizens. I am a part of a solution. Let’s work together to save generations.

Munira Anas
ADMINISTRATOR
Munira Anas is a mental health advocate and has volunteered with various mental health organizations. She is passionate about changing the way we view our mental health as Ghanaians and Africans in general. Her aim is to normalize conversations about our mental health and create a safe space to have these conversations. She is currently responsible for the day-to-day activities of Hay Foundation.

Joshua Fosu Amoah
LOGISTICS MANAGER
Responsibilities and service to humanity might always seem like work for a few until life is well understood. My passion forever stays being productive to my circle and society. Reserved but sociable. I enjoy poetry, music, sports, and podcasts. Connecting to good things and good people, doing the things I love, most importantly, putting God before it all.
